The Swan Lake Guest House offers a variety of adult-only, air-conditioned rooms, each featuring a private balcony or courtyard with scenic views of Swan Lake, Western Port Bay, and the Bass Strait. The price is based on 2 guests, and there is no capacity for additional guests or beds in most rooms, although some rooms allow for a maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 or 2 children with prior notification and additional charges.
